How do I place an order?

Ordering on scrubmed.com is easy and secure. Simply select garments and place them in your shopping cart. When finished shopping, review your selections and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

NOTE: if you experience any problems, please contact us by phone or email, so that we may assist you.

When in the Portland area, you may shop at our retail store located a few minutes west of downtown Portland.  We are open 7 days a week except for major holidays.

When will my order be charged?

Orders placed at scrubmed.com are charged at the time you place your order.  If you prefer to be charged when your items are shipped, please place your order by phone.  NOTE: Embroidered and custom orders are always charged at the time the order is placed. 

Does Scrub Med charge sales tax?

Scrub Med is located in Oregon which does not have a sales tax; we therefore are NOT required to collect sales tax on online orders.  Please consult your local taxing authority regarding your sales tax responsibility, if any.

How do I use a promo or coupon code?

Simply enter your code in the Order Confirmation area during the checkout process and the coupon code will be applied to your order.

How do I use a gift card?

We have two types of gift cards, one issued from our store or by mail and one issued from scrubmed.com.

Gift Cards that were purchased at our store or by mail can be redeemed at the store or by calling 1-800-942-8833.

Gift Cards that were purchased at scrubmed.com, can only be redeemed at scrubmed.com. Please follow the instructions that came with your online Gift Card.

When will I receive my order?

If all items are in stock, your order will be processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be processed and shipped when all items become available.  This may take 2-4 weeks.  Delivery time depends on method of shipment and distance from Portland, Oregon.  On average, please allow 2-7 days transit time. Orders with a value of $200 or more will require a signature when delivered.

Do you ship partial orders?

Yes, if you would like all available items shipped; please contact us.  Additional shipping charges may apply. Orders with a value of $200 or more will require a signature when delivered.

What if an item is Backordered or Sold Out?

If an item(s) is backordered we will notify you via email.  New items arrive daily, however back ordered items can take up to three weeks to arrive.  Orders receiving free shipping will be shipped when complete. 

If an item(s) is sold out we will notify you via email.  You will have the option of replacing the garment with a different size, style or color.

How can I cancel or change an order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.  NOTE: Custom and embroidered garments can NOT be canceled once we begin production, generally within 1-2 days from the time you place your order. 

What garments can be embroidered?

We offer embroidery on all the garments found at scrubmed.com.  You are limited to two lines of 16 characters or less.  NOTE: embroidered garments can NOT be returned or exchanged.

Do you embroider logos?

Yes - Send a PDF of the logo to scrubs@scrubmed.com to request a bid.

How much does it cost to embroider a garment?

Embroidery cost $8.00 per line. We use Rayon thread and a high thread count giving you the finest looking embroidery available. The cost of logos varies depending on size and complexity.

How long does it take to receive my embroidered garment?

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for embroidered garments.

Can I return or exchange embroidered garments?

Since embroidered garments are made just for you, we are unable to accept them for return or exchange.  For your protection, be sure to review your order before submitting. NOTE: Defective garments will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Scrub Med.

What brands are available for custom alterations?

Only Scrub Med brand scrubs are available for alterations.  Most other brands we carry do offer garments in petite and/or tall styles, but Scrub Med does not make alterations to them.

What alterations are available from Scrub Med?

How long does it take to receive my custom scrubs?

Can I return or exchange my custom scrubs?

Can I return my garments purchased in the outlet store?

Because we offer such low prices in our outlet store, all sales are final. Please be sure of size before ordering.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes – sizes up to 2XL are available at scrubmed.com. We offer sizes up to6XL in our retail store. Please contact us if you like additional information at 800-942-8833 or scrubs@scrubmed.com

Does Scrub Med offer other scrub styles not shown at scrubmed.com?

Yes - we continue to offer styles (maternity, vests, aprons, tunics, etc.) that we’ve carried in the past.  If you don’t see what you’re looking for, please contact us at 800-942-8833. NOTE: custom fees may apply.

Does my monitor show accurate colors?

We do our best to accurately represent the colors of garments at scrubmed.com.  However, monitors do vary and the true color may not be what appears on your screen. 

Can you send me a fabric sample?

Fabric samples are available for all Scrub Med brand scrubs and lab jackets. Go to “request a swatch” to request a fabric sample.

Does Scrub Med have a print catalog?

From time to time, Scrub Med releases a catalog. Our latest catalog was Fall 2014. Please go to our "Sign up for Sales and Promotions" link - which can be found in the fotter of every page. Be sure to sign up for all of the categories, you're interested in.

How will my order be shipped?

Scrubmed.com ships via FedEx Ground, US Postal Service and FedEx Air. Orders with a value of $200 or more will require a signature when delivered.

How much does shipping cost?

Can I pick up my order at the retail store?

Yes – Oregon and Washington shoppers have the option to pick up their order at our Portland, Oregon store.  Those customers will be notified when their order is ready for pick up.

What is Scrub Med’s return policy?

Important: If you received Free Shipping and your returned items bring you below the qualifying Free Shipping total, the incurred shipping cost according to your shipping address will be deducted from your refund.You may return your order for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.  Items returned after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of Scrub Med Inc.

All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, manuals and tags.

What if an item is defective, broken or in need of repair?

Scrub Med and our partners stand behind their products.  If you find a product purchased from us to be defective, please contact us at scrubs@scrubmed.com or 800-942-8833 within 30 days. 

Scrub Med guarantees our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.  If a garment is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.  Normal wear and tear is not covered.  Please notify us of any defect within 30 days of purchase.

For warranty service that is covered by a manufactures warranty, please contact the manufacture directly.

How do I return an item?

For your convenience, scrubmed.com has attached a Merchandise Return Label (MRL) to your invoice.  If you choose to use the MRL the full cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund.

All items returned must be in their original condition: worn, washed, custom and embroidered garments are not returnable.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

How do I exchange an item?

What’s the difference between Scrub Med “ScrubLites” and Scrub Med Poly/Cotton?

Our ScrubLite fabric is about half the weight of our regular Poly/Cotton fabric and is offered in six colors.

Are all the scrubs on our website Made in the USA?

No - Only Scrub Med brand scrubs are Made in America using materials both foreign and domestic. The other brands, Carhartt scrubs, WonderWink scrubs, Koi scrubs, Maevn scrubs and Jockey scrubs are manufactured overseas.
