Customer satisfaction
At Scrub Med, we stand behind the quality of our products and we will make every effort to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We ask that you contact us within 30 days to report any order inaccuracies. You may contact us with any questions you may have. We are happy to assist you. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Returns
You may return any item purchased on our web site either by mail or in person at our Portland, OR retail store. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Late returns received within 60 days will receive a store credit. After 60 days, returns are refunded at the discretion of Scrub Med, Inc. Merchandise must be returned in unmodified, unused condition. Custom, embroidered, and Deals garments are not returnable. For your protection, items should be returned via insured mail or common carrier. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued. Shipping fees are not refundable. To return an item by mail follow the instructions on the invoice enclosed in your order and ship it to:

Exchanges
We hope everything you receive from Scrub Med exceeds your expectations. But if you need to exchange a garment for another size, style or color, please call a Scrub Med Representative (800-942-8833, 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday PT) within 15 days of the invoice date. For your convenience a post-paid return mailer (Merchandise Return Label) will be enclosed with your exchange. Merchandise must be returned in unmodified, unused condition. Custom, embroidered, and Deals garments are not returnable. One MRL per order please.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged/defective shipments
At Scrub Med we take pride in the quality of our garments. Every garment is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon the receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or you discover any defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us at 1.800.942.8833 within 24 hours. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. We will repair or replace the garment at our discretion. In certain circumstances, a usage fee may apply. Custom, embroidered, and Deals garments are not returnable.
