All orders are billed in full at the time of order. Once processed, custom, altered garments can not be canceled.
Shipping and Delivery
Many garments are shipped within 2 business days of your order, while others are manufactured when you place the order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for backordered items.
For custom, altered and embroidered garments please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
In order for you to receive the fastest service, some items may be sent in separate packages.
Shipping fees:
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Alaska and Hawaii residents please add $5.00 to standard shipping rates.
Canadian residents please add $10 to standard shipping rates. Please note that duties, customs fees, etc are yours to pay.
We offer 2nd Day Air for $9.99 more to those in the lower 48 states. 2nd Day Air delivery refers to shipping time only. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Please contact a Scrub Med Representative for garment availability.
International Orders
Shipping fees are not calculated at the time you place your order. You will be contacted via email within 2 business days with shipping fees. Your order will not be processed until the acceptance of the shipping fees. Scrub Med is not responsible for duties, customs, sales tax, etc. All funds must be in US dollars. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Alterations
You may order most Scrub Med garments with custom alterations. Custom, embroidered, altered or by request garments are not returnable or exchangeable. Please be sure of fit before ordering. We encourage first time customers to order non altered garments before ordering custom garments. Additional alterations may be available for some garments. Please contact a Scrub Med Representative for details. Since custom garments are made just for you, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery and, once processed, custom garments cannot be canceled.
Deals Prints
Deals prints are closeouts or overstock of our regular inventory. New prints are added every few months. These prints are discounted 30% off our retail price. They are generally subject to stock on hand and you will be notified if an item(s) is sold out. Due to the nature of discount prints – All Sales Are Final. No other discounts apply.
Online Exclusives
Online Exclusive prints are purchased in small quantities and are available in a limited number of styles. These prints are available only on our website. New prints are added from time to time.
Set Discounts
You will receive $2.00 off each pant and top combination you purchase. Set discounts do not apply to lab jackets, lab coats or discount print tops.
Fabric samples
